Easy replacement
If your product arrives damaged, defective or wrong, message us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and we will send a free replacement.
Refunds
If a replacement is not available, we refund prepaid orders to the original UPI or bank account within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
Not covered
Damage from misuse, change of mind after use, or missing unboxing proof.
